Short Films

Philip FaganAll of my films evolved from reading, traveling, life in general and an intense love for the art of cinema and its history. They are also the result of the hard work and inspiration of my partner (and wife) Sherry, who has assisted me in varying capacities on all my films.

Film is a collaborative art, and everyone involved makes it happen. From actors and crewmembers who are willing to work hard, to establishments that allow us to shoot on location, to the musicians who contribute to soundtracks, I have been very fortunate to have so many talented and energetic associates who enjoy trying to do something a little different.

The films were produced between 2002 and 2004, and have had a number of formal and impromptu screenings around the Dallas-Ft.Worth Metroplex at places like the Liquid Lounge, the Wreck Room, Malone's Pub and the Black Dog Tavern. They have also served as opening acts for musicians such as New York's Corn Mo and Oakland's Mark Growden, and have received a live musical accompaniment by musicians while screening at Area 51 in Trencin, Slovakia.
